WDARC Simplex Test

WDARC Simplex Test on Wednesday, February 15th at 7pm

Greetings!

WDARC will be doing a Simplex Communications Test for Elmer Night on Wednesday, February 15th. The test will begin at 7pm and should be completed within an hour.

The recent issues with the repeater system have raised concerns about how we can communicate in an emergency when the repeaters are unavailable or overwhelmed.

The outcome of this test should give us data about who can communicate with whom.

The attached document describes the test and how it will be performed.

Please make time to be part of this test on February 15th!

Thanks!
Roland Smith K7OJL, President
West Desert Amateur Radio Club
