Club Membership

Membership in the West Desert Amateur Radio Club (WDARC) is open to anyone living in or near Tooele County who is interested in the Amateur Radio Service in general and the Amateur Radio Emergency Service in particular. Holding an Amateur Radio License is not required.

The West Desert Amateur Radio Club’s constitution and by-laws state that the club meetings and activities are open to everyone. However, certain privileges are reserved for paid-in-full members. These include:

  • Holding a club office or a position on any of the club’s boards
  • Voting in club elections
  • Voting on club expenditures

Alternatively, the application for membership can be downloaded here. Either mail the completed form to any of the club’s officers or scan the completed form and email it to any of the club’s officers.

Dues

Annual dues are
Under 60 years of age: $10.00 for an individual or $15.00 for a family
60 years of age and older: $5.00 for an individual or $10 for a family

Dues can be paid through Venmo, check, credit card ($1.00 additional processing fee), or cash. Contact any of the club officers for specifics.

NOTE: Participation in the Club and all Club activities is open to everyone whether paid-up members or affiliated members.
