Minutes of the West Desert Amateur Radio Club held October 7, 2020 at the Tooele Emergency Operations Center and over Zoom.
Meeting was called to order by President Robert Andrews at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Dennis Tracy.
Treasurer’s report was given by Mert Russo. Motion to accept by Gene May. Seconded by Jim Reitz. Minutes accepted by the club.
Membership dues are now needing to be renewed.

Minutes were given by Rhona Boutwell. Motioned to accept by Gene May and seconded by Mike Stewart.
We had no one available for information about the progress of the mesh network.
Roland Smith’s announcements:
We need nominations for candidates for the club board.
There is the SET drill to be held Saturday October 10, 2020 at 10 a.m. You will need to sign on to the website. You won’t get an assignment unless you sign up.
There will be a copy of the bylaws of the club sent to all members over email. There is a proposal to change the wording on some of the bylaws. Members need to look over the proposals and we will vote on the changes in November.
Elections will be held in December at the club holiday dinner. Club will be held on Saturday December 5, 2020 to allow those out of Tooele city to be able to attend.
